Job Description

Purpose of Role

We are looking for a warm, caring, and reliable live‑in carer to support a lovely lady who lives in a peaceful gated development in Liphook.

• Every Sunday 9:00am to Monday 9:15pm (weekly)
• Daytime Care Assistants – supporting clients with daily living, personal care, and companionship.
• Waking/SleepingNight Care Assistants – providing attentive overnight care for clients who require additional support through the night.

Training & Development

All new Care Assistants will complete 2 days of mandatory training to prepare for their role. Throughout your employment, you will receive ongoing training and support, with opportunities to be assessed and signed off as competent in key care skills. We also provide specialised ongoing training, including dementia care, to help you continuously develop your skills and deliver the highest quality care.

You’ll provide friendly and professional support, including:

• Personal care and daily routines
• Assistance with medication

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Compassionate, patient, and respectful
• Reliable and confident working independently
• Experienced in supporting someone with sight impairment (helpful but not essential)
• A good communicator with a genuine interest in people
