Job summary

A global law firm is seeking a Senior Associate Litigation Solicitor for a fixed-term contract within their Aerospace team. THE FIRM

A global law firm with deep, sector-focused expertise.

THE ROLE

A Senior Associate Litigation Solicitor is now sought to take on a FTC within the firm's Aerospace team.

The team is based in multiple offices in the network but with a focus on London and it is supported by 3 KCs and several other counsel.

The post holder will report to the Consultant and 2 Partners.

ABOUT YOU

Available at short notice, you will have an excellent academic background, including a 2:1 or above at degree level or equivalent and qualified in England and Wales, with at least 10+PQE.

You will have significant, high-quality commercial litigation experience in the English Commercial Courts, gained from within a strong commercial disputes or transportation practice

You will be used to handling complex and fluid litigation and taking on a high degree of responsibility for the cases that you work on, including identifying and acting upon procedural deadlines, drafting of correspondence and pleadings, giving instructions to counsel, addressing disclosure obligations, expert and factual evidence and costs and attending case management conferences and trials.

You will be motivated, enthusiastic and able to thrive in a fast-paced working environment and enjoy building relationships with clients and demonstrate strong engagement skills.
