Job summary

A.C. Entertainment Technologies Ltd. based in Leeds is seeking an enthusiastic Internal Sales professional to handle enquiries, prepare quotations, process orders and advise on lighting products.

You’ll work with our external sales, technical and logistics teams to turn specifications into solutions, stay up to date with product launches, and maintain accurate CRM records. Qualifications

• Experience in selling or supporting entertainment lighting products.
• Familiarity with rental, installation or broadcast markets is a plus.
• Strong communication with customers at all levels.
• Proven ability to manage multiple quotations and orders.
• Proactive and well-organised with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email and create accurate quotations.
• Advise on product selection across lighting portfolio including fixtures, control, distribution and cabling.
• Build relationships with existing customers and identify new opportunities.
• Support external sales with quotations, follow-ups and account activity.
• Keep customer records, pipeline and quotations in CRM/ERP.
• Coordinate with purchasing and warehouse to keep orders on schedule.
• Stay up to date with product launches and industry developments.
