Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in professional entertainment lighting sales or rental
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities
• Organised and able to manage multiple quotations and orders
• Familiarity with CRM and quoting tools
• Experience in the entertainment technology industry

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone and/or email, create accurate quotations and process orders
• Advise on product selection across lighting portfolio including fixtures, control, distribution and cabling
• Build relationships with established customers while identifying new market opportunities
• Support external sales team with quotations, follow-ups and account activity
• Keep customer records, pipeline and quotations accurate in CRM/ERP system
• Liaise with purchasing and warehouse to ensure smooth workflow, keeping orders on schedule
• Stay up to date with new product launches and industry developments
