Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in a fitness facility.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset.
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage schedules.

Responsibilities

  • Manage smooth and efficient operations of the Lifting Club.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Monitor and manage the budget for the Lifting Club.
