ORONA, a global leader in lift systems, seeks a Service Contract Sales Coordinator to identify, prepare and issue maintenance and service contracts. The role focuses on generating new enquiries through online portals, assessing client requirements, and delivering compliant, bespoke tender submissions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor online procurement portals daily to identify lift service opportunities.
• Qualify incoming leads and market intelligence for project viability.
• Maintain a pipeline of contract opportunities and follow up on expiring agreements.
• Assess client requirements to determine appropriate service levels (basic, comprehensive, bespoke).
• Estimate contract costs based on lift types, usage, age and pricing structures.
• Prepare bespoke documentation for corporate clients and public sector bodies.
• Draft professional proposals and quotations outlining scope, timing and pricing.
• Input and maintain contract data in CRM/ERP systems.
• Coordinate with engineers and surveyors for site audits before finalising contracts.
• Ensure smooth handover of won contracts to operations and maintenance teams with clear SLAs.
