Job summary

ORONA in Sunbury-on-Thames seeks an experienced Sales Support Executive to join our modernization department, delivering high-quality lift installations across regional sites.

You will proactively contact potential and existing customers, prepare tender paperwork, provide administrative support, and assist the sales team with documentation and client communication to ensure seamless sales operations.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target new business opportunities.
• Engage with new potential customers, establish early relationships and develop market opportunities to tender stage.
• Provide administrative support to the existing sales team.
• Assist with tender management: drafting, reviewing PQQs and tracking supplier forms.
• Prepare sales reports, presentations and proposals; support client communication.
• Maintain and update CRM systems with sales data, interactions and contracts.
• Process orders in internal system with pricing, terms and customer details.
• Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
• Coordinate logistics for sales meetings, demos and client visits.
• Identify process improvements to enhance sales efficiency.
