ORONA is seeking a Sales Support Executive to join the modernization department in Sunbury, supporting the national sales team with administrative tasks and customer communications. You will assist with tender paperwork, coordinate with internal teams, and help ensure smooth sales operations across regional sites.

The role focuses on proactive engagement with customers, preparing documentation, and maintaining accurate pricing and contract details in the internal system.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Prepared to challenge, willingness to learn, using initiative.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target new business opportunities.
• Engage with potential customers and develop relationships to tender stage.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team.
• Assist with tender management, drafting, reviewing PQQs and supplier forms.
• Prepare sales reports, presentations and proposals.
