Job summary

Orona Group in Sunbury-on-Thames is seeking an experienced Sales Support Executive to join the modernization team, helping deliver lift installations across regional sites with a focus on customer satisfaction and efficient logistics.

You will identify opportunities, support tender processes, manage CRM data, coordinate orders and sales meetings, and provide accurate administrative support to the field sales team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within the building environment/construction is essential

Responsibilities

• Identify and target new business opportunities
• Engage with new potential customers and develop market opportunities to tender stage
• Provide administrative support to the existing sales team
• Assist with tender management, including drafting, reviewing, PQQs and supplier forms
• Prepare sales reports, presentations, and proposals
• Maintain CRM with sales data and contract details
• Process orders accurately in pricing and terms
• Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate with teams for resolution
• Coordinate logistics for sales meetings, demos, client visits
• Identify process improvements to improve sales operation efficiency
