ORONA is seeking an Installation Supervisor in Sunbury to lead the installation of lift systems, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery. The role requires coordinating installation teams, conducting inductions, and maintaining high standards across mechanical and electrical work.

You will oversee on-site progress, report to management, provide coaching to team members, and ensure PPE and safety procedures are followed throughout projects.

Qualifications

• Experience leading installation teams on lift projects.
• Strong safety awareness and knowledge of HSE regulations.
• Ability to train, develop and motivate installation staff.
• Excellent on-site coordination and communication with clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise quality installations, ensuring on-time delivery and high standards.
• Lead and develop your team, providing coaching and performance feedback.
• Prioritise health, safety and environmental regulations on every project.
• Maintain efficient reporting and communication with clients and management.
