Nuffield Health at Stockley Park is seeking a Lifeguard to ensure pool, spa, sauna and steam room safe usage. This bank role is ad-hoc, with shifts tailored to business needs and your availability.

You should hold an NPLQ or equivalent, maintain training records, and bring a strong customer-service ethos. A positive attitude and team spirit are essential as you help create a welcoming environment for members and visitors.

Qualifications

• Hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent and provide ongoing training records.
• Demonstrate customer-focused approach and teamwork.
• Be attentive, proactive and able to respond quickly in emergencies.

Responsabilités

• Ensure the safety of swimmers in the pool, spa, sauna and steam room.
• Be attentive and alert at all times.
• Create a friendly, relaxed and professional environment.
• Welcome and support members when using the facilities.
• Pay close attention to safety and respond to incidents immediately.
• Follow Pool Safety Guidelines at all times.

£13.10 per hour

Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but instead work on an ad-hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability.

As a Lifeguard at our gym, you’ll hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent and you’re able to provide ongoing training records. As a Lifeguard, you will:

• Help our members stay safe and healthy when using our wet side facilities - the swimming pool, spa, sauna and steam room
• Be attentive and alert at all times
• Create a friendly, relaxed and professional environment
• Welcome and support members when using the facilities
• Pay close attention to safety and respond to any incidents straight away
• Ensure Pool Safety Guidelines are followed at all times
