Job summary

Nuffield Health in Twickenham is seeking a Lifeguard to help keep members safe across our pool, spa, sauna and steam room. This is a bank/ad hoc position with hourly pay of £12.58.

You will hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent and maintain training records. We value enthusiasm, teamwork and a customer-focused approach.

Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but instead work on an ad-hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability.

As a Lifeguard at our gym, you'll hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent and you're able to provide ongoing training records. As a Lifeguard, you will:

• Help our members stay safe and healthy when using our wet side facilities - the swimming pool, spa, sauna and steam room
• Be attentive and alert at all times
• Create a friendly, relaxed and professional environment
• Welcome and support members when using the facilities
• Pay close attention to safety and respond to any incidents straight away
• Ensure Pool Safety Guidelines are followed at all times
