Job summary

Nuffield Health Lifeguard role at Guiseley FWC Pool is on a bank/ad-hoc basis, offering £12.84 per hour. You will help keep members safe and happy, holding a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent with ongoing training records. A positive attitude and teamwork are essential.

You will supervise the pool, spa, sauna and steam room, ensuring safety, welcoming members and maintaining a professional environment with clear safety guidelines.

Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but instead work on an ad-hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability.

As a Lifeguard at our gym, you'll hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent and you're able to provide ongoing training records. As a Lifeguard, you will:

• Help our members stay safe and healthy when using our wet side facilities - the swimming pool, spa, sauna and steam room

• Pay close attention to safety and respond to any incidents straight away
• Ensure Pool Safety Guidelines are followed at all times
