Job summary

Nuffield Health Brentwood is seeking a Lifeguard for West Byfleet FWC to help keep members safe and ensure a welcoming environment by the pool, spa, sauna and steam room. You will hold an NPLQ or equivalent and bring enthusiasm to support great customer care as part of a friendly team.

Responsibilities include staying vigilant, creating a safe and professional atmosphere, welcoming members, and responding promptly to any incidents while upholding Pool Safety Guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must hold an NPLQ or equivalent.
• Provide training records on request.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm, a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Help members stay safe in wet-side facilities (pool, spa, sauna, steam room).
• Be attentive and alert at all times.
• Create a friendly, relaxed and professional environment.
• Welcome and support members when using the facilities.
• Pay close attention to safety and respond to incidents promptly.
• Enforce Pool Safety Guidelines at all times.

As a Lifeguard, you will:

• Help our members stay safe and healthy when using our wet side facilities – the swimming pool, spa, sauna and steam room
• Be attentive and alert at all times
• Create a friendly, relaxed and professional environment
• Welcome and support members when using the facilities
• Pay close attention to safety and respond to any incidents straight away
• Ensure Pool Safety Guidelines are followed at all times
