Job summary

Nuffield Health Gosforth (Newcastle) FWC is seeking a Lifeguard for a permanent part-time role at 12 hours per week. Up to £26,707.20 pro-rata depending on experience. You will monitor the pool, spa, sauna and steam room, ensuring safety and providing excellent customer care.

You must hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent, with training records available. A friendly, proactive team player attitude is essential, and you will help create a welcoming environment for our

As a Lifeguard, you will:

• Help our members stay safe and healthy when using our wet side facilities – the swimming pool, spa, sauna and steam room
• Be attentive and alert at all times
• Create a friendly, relaxed and professional environment
• Welcome and support members when using the facilities
• Pay close attention to safety and respond to any incidents straight away
• Ensure Pool Safety Guidelines are followed at all times
