Job summary

Nuffield Health Leicester FWC Lifeguard role is part-time (32 hours per week) with a pro rata salary of £26,707.20. You’ll help keep our pool, spa, sauna and steam room safe, creating a welcoming environment for members.

You must hold an NPLQ or equivalent, bring enthusiasm, and be a strong team player with a focus on great customer care.

Qualifications

• Must hold National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent.
• Provide ongoing training records.
• Enthusiastic, positive attitude and team player with good customer care.

Responsibilities

• Help our members stay safe and healthy when using our wet side facilities – the swimming pool, spa, sauna and steam room
• Be attentive and alert at all times
• Create a friendly, relaxed and professional environment
• Welcome and support members when using the facilities
• Pay close attention to safety and respond to any incidents straight away
• Ensure Pool Safety Guidelines are followed at all times
