Job summary

Nuffield Health's Stockley Park FWC is seeking a part-time Lifeguard to help keep members safe and provide a high standard of customer care. The role is a permanent contract, 16 hours per week, with a pro rata salary of £27,248.

You will hold an NPLQ or equivalent and maintain training records. The team values enthusiasm, a positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills as you help guests enjoy our wet-side facilities safely.

Qualifications

• Must hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent.
• Ability to provide ongoing training records.

Responsibilities

• Help members stay safe in pool, spa, sauna, and steam room.
• Be attentive and alert at all times.
• Create a friendly, relaxed and professional environment.
• Welcome and support members using facilities.
• Pay close attention to safety and respond to incidents immediately.
• Ensure Pool Safety Guidelines are followed at all times.

As a Lifeguard, you will:

• Help our members stay safe and healthy when using our wet side facilities – the swimming pool, spa, sauna and steam room
• Be attentive and alert at all times
• Create a friendly, relaxed and professional environment
• Welcome and support members when using the facilities
• Pay close attention to safety and respond to any incidents straight away
• Ensure Pool Safety Guidelines are followed at all times
