Job summary

Nuffield Health is seeking a Lifeguard for Guiseley FWC Pool on an ad-hoc bank basis. The role pays £12.84 per hour and requires an NPLQ or an equivalent qualification with ongoing training records.

We value enthusiasm, a positive attitude and a strong commitment to customer care. You will be part of a supportive team safeguarding members across our pool, spa, sauna and steam room facilities.

Qualifications

• Hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent and provide ongoing training records.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm, positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
• Passionate about great customer care and being a team player.

Responsibilities

• Help our members stay safe and healthy when using our wet side facilities – the swimming pool, spa, sauna and steam room
• Be attentive and alert at all times
• Create a friendly, relaxed and professional environment
• Welcome and support members when using the facilities
• Pay close attention to safety and respond to any incidents straight away
• Ensure Pool Safety Guidelines are followed at all times
