Job summary

Nuffield Health Warwickshire Hospital is seeking a Lifeguard to join the Warwick FWC pool on a bank, part-time basis. The role pays £12.84 per hour and requires you to hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent, with the ability to provide training records as needed.

You will help keep swimmers safe and provide excellent customer care, working as part of a supportive team. Bank shifts offer flexible hours to fit availability while maintaining high standards of safety and

• Comfortable providing ongoing training records and staying current with lifeguard practices.

Responsibilities

• Monitor pool and wet side facilities to keep members safe.
• Be attentive and alert at all times while on duty.
• Create a friendly, relaxed and professional environment for members.
• Welcome and assist members using the facilities.
• Respond promptly to incidents and enforce Pool Safety Guidelines.

As a Lifeguard at our gym, you’ll hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent and you’re able to provide ongoing training records. As a Lifeguard, you will:

• Help our members stay safe and healthy when using our wet side facilities – the swimming pool, spa, sauna and steam room
• Be attentive and alert at all times
• Create a friendly, relaxed and professional environment
• Welcome and support members when using the facilities
• Pay close attention to safety and respond to any incidents straight away
• Ensure Pool Safety Guidelines are followed at all times
