Job summary

Nuffield Health in Covent Garden is hiring a Lifeguard on a permanent part-time basis (24 hours per week). You will help members stay safe in the pool, spa, sauna and steam room, while upholding pool safety guidelines and delivering excellent customer care.

Ideal candidates will hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent and maintain training records. Join our team and contribute to a welcoming, professional gym environment committed to members’ wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Provide current training records and demonstrate safety focus.
• Excellent customer care and team collaboration ability.

• Welcome and support members using the facilities.

As a Lifeguard, you will:

• Help our members stay safe and healthy when using our wet side facilities – the swimming pool, spa, sauna and steam room

• Be attentive and alert at all times

• Create a friendly, relaxed and professional environment

• Welcome and support members when using the facilities

• Pay close attention to safety and respond to any incidents straight away

• Ensure Pool Safety Guidelines are followed at all times
