Job summary

Nuffield Health Ilford is hiring a Lifeguard to help keep members safe across the pool, spa, sauna and steam room. The role is part-time (16 hours per week) with a pro rata salary of £27,248.

You must hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent, maintain training records, and be a proactive team player with a passion for customer care. The role offers a supportive environment and opportunities to develop skills.

Qualifications

• Part-time availability: 16 hours per week.
• Ability to provide training records and maintain documentation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor pool, spa, sauna and steam room to ensure member safety.
• Be attentive and alert at all times.
• Create a friendly, relaxed and professional environment.
• Welcome and support members when using the facilities.
• Respond to incidents quickly and follow Pool Safety Guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Help our members stay safe and healthy when using our wet side facilities – the swimming pool, spa, sauna and steam room
• Be attentive and alert at all times
• Create a friendly, relaxed and professional environment
• Welcome and support members when using the facilities
• Pay close attention to safety and respond to any incidents straight away
• Ensure Pool Safety Guidelines are followed at all times
