We take pride in making titles that reach a large audience and creating communities that last. Based across two locations – London and Bangalore – the team loves welcoming diverse, humble, straightforward and ambitious talent, aspiring for award‑winning excellence.

You will work 3 days per week in our London office and the remaining days at home, in a hybrid work environment. NaturalMotion Games are seeking a Co‑ordinator to join the Licensing and Partnerships team in the Racing studio to work on the popular CSR Racing Franchise. You will play a pivotal role on the team, responsible for the submission and approval of all licensed content working with our many Licensors.

Working closely with the internal development and marketing teams and external licensors, you will act as the bridge between internal stakeholders and external Licensors for all content. This role ensures that all game and marketing content for the games and their IP integrations are compliant with licensor requirements, including submission, approval and reporting to appropriate teams. The role will manage licensor feedback and maintain alignment across the teams.

You will be flexible, highly motivated, and conscientious in a role that will see you manage relationships between the Licensors and internal teams. Your keen eye for detail on assets and production experience will allow you to identify project risks and dependencies, subsequently proposing solutions when issues emerge.

What You’ll Do
  • Reporting: Communicate, report and publish on behalf of the licensing team to internal stakeholders the progress of required content; licensing and approval status from licensors will be included in upcoming releases, marketing and campaigns, including reporting feedback to the licensing team. Identify and capture any potential risks from internal teams or licensors to the licensing manager.
  • Approvals: Responsible for the submission and approval of all assets for the racing games across the game and organic and paid marketing channels. Track and triage licensor feedback; coordinate and collaborate with all parties to ensure alignment. Manage submission risks, identify and resolve potential issues. Work with internal teams and external partners to mitigate feedback, identify inconsistencies and opportunities for improvement within the creative process. Highlight potential risks associated with IP assets. Maintain documentation for best practice.
  • Team Collaboration: Work in the Licensing and Partnerships team supporting the CSR Racing Franchise; report to the Vehicle Licensing Manager. Work closely with the vehicle content team and serve as the bridge to third‑party Licensors managing the approval process.
What You Bring
  • Organisation Skills: Ability to manage many brands and stay on point.
  • Attention to Detail: Experience identifying potential compliance issues before submissions.
  • Software Knowledge: AirTable, JIRA, 1Password, Google Suite, Confluence, Photoshop.
  • Communication: Elegant, straightforward and confident communicator.
  • Passion: Demonstrate real passion for what you do and for our continued success.
