A leading gaming company in Greater London seeks a Coordinator for the Licensing and Partnerships team. This hybrid role involves managing the submission and approval of all licensed content for the CSR Racing franchise, ensuring compliance with licensor requirements. You will work 3 days per week in our London office and the remaining days at home, in a hybrid work environment. NaturalMotion Games are seeking a Co‑ordinator to join the Licensing and Partnerships team in the Racing studio to work on the popular CSR Racing Franchise. You will play a pivotal role on the team, responsible for the submission and approval of all licensed content working with our many Licensors.
Working closely with the internal development and marketing teams and external licensors, you will act as the bridge between internal stakeholders and external Licensors for all content. This role ensures that all game and marketing content for the games and their IP integrations are compliant with licensor requirements, including submission, approval and reporting to appropriate teams. The role will manage licensor feedback and maintain alignment across the teams.
You will be flexible, highly motivated, and conscientious in a role that will see you manage relationships between the Licensors and internal teams. Your keen eye for detail on assets and production experience will allow you to identify project risks and dependencies, subsequently proposing solutions when issues emerge.
