• Advanced trend forecasting skills and strong multi-category expertise.
• Skilled in managing global licensors and brand partners.
• Solid understanding of fabrics and garment construction.
• Deep commercial awareness with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Strong relationship builder and team player with leadership qualities.

Responsibilities

• Shape the sports and brand-led design strategy for Licensed Product.
• Analyse macro and micro trends and translate them into product direction.
• Partner with License Managers to set seasonal creative direction.
• Drive market-leading insight through comp shopping and category reviews.
• Develop unified design narratives across graphics and materials.
• Build relationships across Design, Buying, Merchandising, and Marketing.
