Job summary

Everpool Recruitment is seeking an experienced Licensed Conveyancer / Conveyancing Solicitor for our Wirral office. The role is senior, managing a team of around 10 and offering real autonomy with the potential to progress to Partner and equity.

You will handle a varied residential conveyancing caseload, from instruction to completion and post-completion, while driving growth and maintaining high standards of client care in a long-established firm.

Responsibilities

• Managing residential conveyancing matters including purchases, sales, remortgages and equity release
• Managing matters from initial instruction through to completion and post-completion
• Identifying relevant searches, carrying out title checks and enquiries and reporting on these
• Checking purchase and sale contract packs, mortgage reports and completion statements
• Preparing freehold and leasehold contracts
• Maintaining and developing relationships with clients, estate agents, lenders, solicitors and other sources of work
• Helping to grow the conveyancing department through recommendations, repeat business and new sources of work
• Maintaining excellent standards of client care
• Ensuring compliance with CQS protocols, lender requirements, SRA principles and Money Laundering Regulations
• Supporting the firm s wider compliance responsibilities
• Leading, supporting and developing the wider conveyancing team

We re working with a respected Wirral-based firm of solicitors that has been established for 75 years and is now looking for an experienced Licensed Conveyancer / Conveyancing Solicitor to play an important role in its next stage of growth.

You ll be taking on a senior role within the conveyancing department, managing a team of around 10 people, while still having the freedom and autonomy to manage your own work.

And looking ahead, there is a genuine opportunity to progress to Partner, with potential equity in the business.
