Interlink Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Conveyancer or Conveyancing Solicitor to lead the Residential Property team in a Cheshire-based law firm. You will manage your own caseload, mentor junior staff and build strong relationships with estate agents and referral partners to drive growth.

You’ll work closely with senior management to improve systems, processes and client service, ensuring compliance with AML and regulatory requirements while contributing to the firm’s ongoing

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or experienced Conveyancer.
• Strong technical knowledge of residential property law.
• Experience handling complex conveyancing matters.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain referral relationships.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Commercially minded with a proactive approach to business development.
• Passionate about delivering excellent client service.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion.
• Handle freehold, leasehold, new build, shared ownership and more complex transactions.
• Supervise and mentor junior conveyancers and support staff.
• Build and maintain relationships with estate agents and referral partners.
• Ensure excellent client service throughout the transaction process.
• Assist with improving workflows, systems and operational efficiency.

An established and growing Cheshire-based law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Conveyancer or Conveyancing Solicitor to join its Residential Property team.
