Job summary

Interlink Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Conveyancer or Conveyancing Solicitor to join our Residential Property team in Cheshire. You will lead your own caseload, mentor junior staff, and build relationships with estate agents and referral partners to drive growth.

You will work closely with senior management to improve workflows and processes, ensuring high standards of client service and regulatory compliance across the department.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or experienced Conveyancer.
• Strong technical knowledge of residential property law.
• Experience handling complex conveyancing matters.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain referral relationships.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Commercially minded with a proactive approach to business development.
• Passionate about delivering excellent client service.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion.
• Handle freehold, leasehold, new build, shared ownership and more complex transactions.
• Supervise and mentor junior conveyancers and support staff.

An established and growing Cheshire-based law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Conveyancer or Conveyancing Solicitor to join its Residential Property team.

This is a leadership role where you'll manage your own caseload of residential property matters while supporting junior team members, developing relationships with estate agents and referral partners, and helping to improve systems and processes across the department.
