Job summary

BCL Legal is working with a growing specialist property firm in Liverpool city centre. They are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to manage your own caseload and deliver high‑quality client care.

You will handle sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold property, build strong client relationships, stay current with developments, and enjoy hybrid working, a realistic caseload, and excellent staff support.

Qualifications

• At least 12 months' experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload
• Solid understanding of the conveyancing process from start to finish
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
• A proactive, client-focused approach

Responsibilities

• Manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
• Deal with sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, including high-value matters

I'm working with a growing specialist property firm in the heart of Liverpool that's built an excellent reputation for both client service and looking after its people. If you're an experienced Residential Conveyancer looking to move away from the high-volume factory-style environment, this could be a great fit.

You'll join a close-knit, supportive team handling a varied caseload, including high-value residential transactions, with the backing of a modern, forward-thinking firm that genuinely values work/life balance.

The Role

You’ll manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, dealing with a mix of straightforward and more complex matters. This includes:

• Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold residential properties
• High-value residential transactions
• Providing clear, practical advice to clients throughout the process
• Building strong client relationships and delivering an excellent level of service
• Keeping up to date with legal developments and undertaking ongoing training where required

About You

You’ll be an experienced Residential Conveyancer who enjoys running your own files and takes pride in delivering a high standard of client care.

Ideally you'll have:

• At least 12 months' experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload
• A solid understanding of the conveyancing process from start to finish
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
