Job summary

Puro Associates in Liverpool is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive to join a growing law firm. You will manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions and deliver exceptional client service.

The role offers hybrid working following probation, a supportive team, and clear career progression within a collaborative Conveyancing department.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer (CLC), or Chartered Legal Executive (FCILEx) or actively working towards qualification.
• Experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload.
• Strong technical knowledge across residential property transactions.
• Excellent communication and client care skills.
• Organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Proactive, commercially aware and solutions-focused.
• A collaborative team player with a positive and professional approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to post-completion.
• Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, new build properties and shared ownership transactions.
• Provide clear, practical and timely advice to clients throughout the conveyancing process.
• Liaise with estate agents, mortgage lenders, brokers, solicitors and other third parties to ensure smooth progression of transactions.
• Draft and review contracts, transfer deeds and supporting legal documentation.
• Maintain excellent file management, compliance and regulatory standards.
• Resolve legal issues efficiently while managing client expectations.
• Work collaboratively with legal assistants and colleagues to ensure excellent service delivery.
• Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and enhance the client experience.
