The University of Manchester is seeking two Library Experience Advisors to join the Library Experience Team on campus. You will create a welcoming environment by delivering friendly, user-focused assistance across library sites, helping visitors have a positive and productive experience.

You will support users, connect them with services and spaces, and provide in-person and online help while contributing to a well-managed, accessible library environment.

Responsibilities

• Support library users directly, helping them navigate library systems, databases and collections.
• Connect users with library services, resources and spaces.
