Manchester Metropolitan University is seeking a Library Experience Co-ordinator to lead the daily service delivery and operations across our busy library environment.
You will oversee Library Experience Advisers and Assistants, ensuring exceptional customer service both in person and online, while collaborating with other managers on strategic projects within the university’s objectives.
