You will offer personalized, trauma-informed assistance while coordinating referrals and maintaining stakeholder relationships. With at least 2 years of experience in working with complex needs, you will make a real difference in women's lives. A driving license and willingness to travel are required. This position offers a supportive environment and comprehensive development programs.
You'll be working in partnership with Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust to deliver a gender-specific diversionary scheme. Your mission? To divert women away from the Criminal Justice System and into comprehensive support packages at the earliest opportunity. You'll be the guiding light, providing 1:1 signposting, practical advice, and holistic support to help women build their confidence and make positive changes.
