Job summary

Overview

You'll be working in partnership with Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust to deliver a gender-specific diversionary scheme. Your mission? To divert women away from the Criminal Justice System and into comprehensive support packages at the earliest opportunity. You'll be the guiding light, providing 1:1 signposting, practical advice, and holistic support to help women build their confidence and make positive changes.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and oversee referrals to appropriate support services.

  • Work closely with core services to ensure comprehensive care.
