Qualifications

• Experience dealing with Credit Hire claims at all levels.
• Excellent investigative skills and evidence gathering.
• Proven experience dealing with policy coverage and liability negotiations.
• Understanding of litigation processes and timelines.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve Liability disputes involving Credit Hire to minimise leakage.
• Identify coverage issues to align liability with contractual commitments.
• Pursue subrogation and other recovery where appropriate.
• Manage claims to settle on an economic basis and reserve accurately.
• Respond to internal/external requests within service standards.
