Qualifications

• Significant leadership in claims, with Motor Personal Injury and UK Casualty experience.
• Proven ability to lead a claims function and deliver objectives and customer outcomes.
• Experience building and motivating high-performing teams through collaboration and accountability.
• Strong data/MI capability to interpret trends and drive informed decisions.
• Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in claims.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a large team of claims adjusters to deliver market-leading customer service.
• Set clear direction for the claims function and embed QBE’s priorities into daily delivery.
• Lead the department through change with clear priorities, execution and measurable outcomes.
• Use data, benchmarking and insight to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain high technical and quality assurance standards in claims execution.
• Improve operational efficiency by leveraging people, process and technology to reduce cost to serve.
• Build a continuous learning culture across technical, data and customer-focused claims skills.
• Manage internal and external relationships to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
