• Strong investigative and analytical capabilities.
• Proven ability to identify coverage issues and assess liability.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve Casualty Personal Injury claims with minimal leakage.
• Identify and resolve coverage and liability issues.
• Manage subrogation and recovery steps where applicable.
• Reserve accurately to reflect company liability and settlement expectations.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely service.
