Level 3 Nursery Practitioner

Birkenhead, Wirral • Pay: £7.72-£12.82 per hour • 42.5 hours per week

A small, friendly nursery in Birkenhead is looking for a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their warm and supportive team. The setting is based in a large house with a wonderful garden, offering a homely feel and fantastic outdoor learning opportunities.

The nursery cares for 31 children across 4 rooms, supported by a committed team of 7 staff. Management is hands‑on, approachable and highly supportive, with a genuine focus on teamwork and staff development.

You will support daily routines, plan engaging activities, supervise children safely and help maintain the warm, family‑style atmosphere that families love. Flexibility may sometimes be required during management absence.
