Job summary

Shooting Stars Nurseries in Bromsgrove is seeking a Level 3 Early Years Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly team. You will help deliver high-quality early years education and care, supporting children to learn, grow and feel safe and valued.

This role offers full-time hours (40 per week) with a flexible approach to part-time patterns and excellent development opportunities in a caring, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Hold a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification.
• Experience working in a nursery, preschool or childcare setting.
• Good understanding of the EYFS.

Responsibilities

• Support children's learning, development and wellbeing through play-based experiences.
• Plan and deliver engaging activities reflecting children's interests.
• Observe, assess and contribute to children's learning journeys.
• Build strong partnerships with parents and carers.
• Create an inclusive, welcoming learning environment.
• Support emotional wellbeing, confidence and independence.
• Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies at all times.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver outstanding childcare and education.
