Shooting Stars Nurseries Worcester is seeking a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner/Nursery Nurse to join our friendly team. We welcome full-time applicants (40 hours across 5 days) and are open to reasonable part-time patterns for the right candidate.

The role focuses on delivering high-quality early years education within a warm, safe setting. You will deliver EYFS-aligned activities, support individual development, and collaborate with families to ensure each child thrives in a nurturing

Qualifications

• Candidates should hold a full Level 3 Early Years or Childcare qualification.
• Experience working in a nursery, preschool, or childcare setting is desirable.
• Solid understanding of the EYFS framework.
• Demonstrated ability to build positive relationships with children and families.
• Commitment to safeguarding and child protection policies.

Shooting Stars Nursery in Worcester is seeking a passionate and qualified Level 3 Nursery Practitioner / Nursery Nurse to join our dedicated team.

We are ideally looking for someone who can work full time, 40 hours per week across 5 days, however we understand the importance of flexibility and would be happy to discuss part-time working patterns for the right candidate.

About the Role

As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will play an important role in delivering engaging learning experiences, building positive relationships with children and families, and supporting each child's individual development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
