Shooting Stars Nurseries – Worcester is seeking a passionate Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly team. This full-time role offers 40 hours per week across five days, with possible part-time discussions for the right candidate.

You will work closely with children and families, plan engaging activities, support development in line with the EYFS, and uphold safeguarding standards. A qualified Level 3 Early Years or Childcare certificate is essential, along with nursery experience and

Qualifications

• Hold a full Level 3 Early Years or Childcare qualification.
• Experience working in a nursery, preschool, or childcare setting.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
• Warm, caring, and passionate about supporting young children.

Responsibilities

• Support children's learning, development and wellbeing through play-based experiences.
• Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with children's interests and developmental needs.
• Build secure and nurturing relationships with children and their families.
• Complete observations and contribute to children's learning journeys.
• Ensure children's safety, wellbeing and individual needs are met at all times.
• Maintain a stimulating, inclusive and welcoming environment.
• Follow nursery policies, safeguarding procedures and health & safety requirements.
• Work effectively as part of the wider nursery team.
