Job summary

Shooting Stars is recruiting an Early Years Nursery Practitioner (Level 3) to join our all-year-round nursery near Wolverhampton. You will build nurturing relationships with children, plan child-led learning in line with the EYFS, and support families and SEND needs.

We offer £14.10 per hour, full-time (40 hours) with part-time considered, flexible options, generous leave, funded training, DBS check, and clear career progression within our growing nursery group.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification.
• Experience working within a nursery or early years setting.
• Good understanding of the EYFS, safeguarding, and child development.
• Positive, caring, and reliable team player.
• Genuine enthusiasm for helping children learn, develop, and succeed.

Responsibilities

• Acting as a Key Person, building secure and nurturing relationships with children.
• Planning and delivering engaging, child-led learning experiences in line with the EYFS.
• Creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where every child can thrive.
• Supporting children's individual needs, including SEND and inclusive practice.
• Building positive partnerships with parents and carers.
• Maintaining high standards of care, learning, and safeguarding.
• Contributing to continuous improvement and the ongoing development of the nursery.
