Job summary

Shooting Stars Nurseries in Bromsgrove is seeking a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our warm, supportive team. This full-time role (40 hours per week) offers a competitive hourly rate and opportunities for professional growth in a welcoming environment.

You will plan and deliver engaging activities, support children's development in line with the EYFS, and collaborate closely with families to ensure every child gets the best start.

Qualifications

• Hold a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification
• Have experience working in a nursery, preschool or childcare setting
• Have a good understanding of the EYFS
• Be passionate about helping children reach their full potential
• Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues

Responsibilities

• Supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing through play-based experiences
• Planning and delivering engaging activities reflecting children's interests and developmental needs
• Observing, assessing and contributing to children's learning journeys
• Building strong, professional partnerships with parents and carers
• Creating an inclusive, stimulating and welcoming learning environment
• Following safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies at all times
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver outstanding childcare and education
