Shooting Stars Kings Norton is hiring a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our Under 3s team. You will support babies and young children in our Baby Room, Pre-Toddlers or Toddlers with high-quality care and education.

We offer ongoing training, career progression and a supportive environment where staff wellbeing matters. The role is full-time or part-time with 40 hours per week, on-site in Birmingham, UK.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Nursery Practitioner qualification and experience in Early Years settings.
• Strong understanding of EYFS and child development requirements.
• Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and education in line with EYFS.
• Act as Key Person for a group of children.
• Support learning, development and wellbeing of children.
