Qualifications

• Level 3 Early Years qualification (full and relevant).
• Experience in a nursery or early years setting (newly qualified candidates welcome).
• Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and child protection.
• A positive, reliable team player with a genuine passion for early years.

Responsibilities

• Acting as a Key Person, building strong, nurturing relationships.
• Planning and delivering engaging, child-led EYFS activities.
• Creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
