Job summary

Shooting Stars Bromsgrove is seeking a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our nursery team. You will support children’s learning and development in a warm, nurturing environment, delivering high-quality early years education and care.

Join a friendly team that values families, invests in people, and supports career progression through ongoing training and wellbeing initiatives. The role is full-time, 40 hours weekly, on-site in Bromsgrove with an excellent hourly rate.

Qualifications

• Hold a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification.
• Experience working within a nursery, preschool or childcare setting.
• Good understanding of the EYFS.
• Passion for helping children reach their full potential.
• Reliability, enthusiasm and commitment to delivering high-quality care and education.
