The nursery offers in-house training, ongoing support, and a positive team culture that fosters professional growth.
A full Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare
Experience in Nursery or Reception settings
A nurturing, enthusiastic attitude and a passion for supporting early childhood development
Ability to plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate activities
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
Deliver and support high-quality EYFS learning experiences
Assist with planning, observations, and assessments
Create a warm, safe, and engaging environment for children
Work collaboratively with colleagues to support each child's development
Maintain accurate records and contribute to the smooth running of the setting
Child Interaction Session (30-40 minutes): Engage a child in a simple activity.
Formal Interview: A conversation with the Nursery Manager and Nursery Director.
