We are looking for compassionate, committed, and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join our support team as soon as possible. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a school where every child is truly valued and supported to reach their full potential.

L2 SEN TA - The role
  • Supporting students with a range of special educational needs in the classroom and through personalised learning
  • Assisting teachers in the preparation and delivery of lessons and learning activities
  • Promoting independence, communication, and social skills
  • Providing emotional and behavioural support
  • Helping create a safe, inclusive, and inspiring learning environment
L2 SEN TA - About you
  • Qualification: Level 2 TA, Level 3 TA, or HLTA level, though not essential if submitted with experience working with children with SEN/SEND
  • A caring and patient individual with a genuine passion for supporting young people with special needs
  • Experience working in a special school or with children with SEN in another setting
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
  • Willingness to learn and participate in ongoing training and development
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
