Job summary

Haven is seeking a Lettings Administrator to support the Head of Holiday Home Revenue and deliver an exceptional experience for Letting Owners. The role focuses on owner relationships, onboarding, and ensuring smooth delivery of the Letting Service.

You will work with the Experience Team to monitor KPIs, respond to owner feedback, and ensure compliance through standard processes, with comprehensive training provided.

Qualifications

• Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with Owners and stakeholders.
• Proactive and solutions-focused approach to resolve issues.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments to deliver service.
• Knowledge of compliance processes is advantageous; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of Letting Owner promises through availability management and onboarding.
• Build and maintain relationships with Letting Owners and address concerns with empathy.
• Collaborate with Experience Team to share updates on KPIs and goals.
• Monitor owner feedback and create action plans for improvement.
• Influence leadership to address opportunities to enhance owner experience.
• Complete administrative tasks including safety and compliance checks.
