• Prior experience in lettings or estate agency-based roles is preferred but not essential.
• Outstanding customer care / customer service experience.
• Full UK driving license & access to your own vehicle.

• Qualify and service new applicants.
• Carry out property viewings.
• Negotiate offers and progress lets to exchange & completion.
• Administer tenancies (with support).
• Provide outstanding customer service.
