Job summary

A property management company in Oldham is seeking a proactive individual for a client-facing role. Job description
The Role

A client facing role in one of our busy sales offices, you will be responsible for promoting Ryder & Dutton in order to generate an increase in revenue in relation to targets determined by the Line Manager whilst at all times maintaining an exceptional customer service experience.

You will be the first point of contact for all enquiries from Landlords and prospective tenants relating to rental properties. You will organise viewings for prospective tenants and guide them through the viewing process. You will obtain viewing feedback and pass this on to the Landlord and Property Valuer.

You will undertake all pre-tenancy checks during the application process, such as obtaining references and ensuring all relevant paperwork for the property is in order ahead of any move in by an applicant, eg Energy Performance Certificates, Gas Safety Certificates, Electrical Installation Condition reports, Legionella Risk Assessment etc. You will be responsible for dealing with the Applicant and Landlord during the offer of a tenancy including drawing up tenancy agreements.

Once a move-in date has been agreed you will ensure a smooth hand over of the Applicant, Landlord and the process to date to the local Property Manager who will oversee the tenancy from the date of move in.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 09 : 00am to 5 : 00pm with 1 hour unpaid lunch plus 1 in 4 Saturdays from 10 : 00am to 2 : 00pm on a rota basis.
