Job summary

Felicity J Lord Estate Agents in Blackheath is hiring a Senior Lettings Negotiator. You will build trusted landlord and tenant relationships, negotiate tenancy terms, and ensure a top-notch customer experience from instruction to move-in.

You will contribute to a high-performing, supportive team with opportunities for progression and industry training where offered, while benefiting from a clear earnings potential and extensive incentives.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence required.
• Team player with a collaborative spirit.
• Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service.
• Ability to work on own initiative and manage priorities.
• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
• Strong IT skills including basic Microsoft packages.
• High attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Understanding of current legislation related to residential lettings (advantage).

Responsibilities

• Liaise with prospective tenants and arrange property viewings.
• Negotiate offers and agree new tenancies.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Assess/price properties for the market.
• Market properties to tenants using various channels.
• Generate new and repeat business; canvass local area.
• Door knocking and leaflet dropping as needed.
• Ensure properties comply with health and safety standards.

A day in the life of a Senior Lettings Negotiator at Felicity J Lord Estate Agents in Blackheath:

• Liaising with prospective tenants and arranging property viewings in line with their needs
• Negotiating offers and agreeing new tenancies
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
• Experience assessing / valuing properties for the market
• Marketing properties to tenants utilizing various marketing skills
• A focus on generating new and repeat business
• Canvassing the local area
• Door knocking and leaflet dropping
• Ensuring properties adhere to health and safety standards
