Felicity J Lord Estate Agents in Blackheath is hiring a Trainee Lettings Negotiator. No prior lettings experience is required; you will receive full training and ongoing support to develop your skills in a growing company.

The role offers full-time hours (8:30am–6pm Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm Sat) with uncapped commission and OTE £28,000–£30,000 per year, plus extensive benefits and career progression.

Qualifications

• No previous lettings experience required; must have excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
• Willing to undertake the two-week training at the Learning & Development Centre.

Responsibilities

• Market properties to potential tenants.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings.
• Negotiate offers.
• Agree new tenancies.
• Generate new leads through canvassing, door knocking and leaflet dropping.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.

As a Lettings Negotiator at Felicity J Lord Estate Agents in Blackheath

• £28000-£30000 OTE per year
• Uncapped commission
• Full-time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays per week, and 9am to 5pm every Saturday
